I have a new Yanmar 3YM30
In Response To: Shell Rotella T 15-40 is the big seller here, but I use Chevron or Texaco CH or higher rated oil... ()
and the manual warns about using the highest rating of oil since it may cause valve wear. I looked at the Rot T but it's CH or CJ rated and they want CD. Any brand advise here? I'm confused since I had planned to use Rotella which is one of the best and feel they want less. Anyone else dealing with this?
