pole's about 10.5 ft, stored on a track on the mast.
needs to be just about fully collapsed to store.
needs tobe out about 15 ft for good use.
the push buttons are worn only on one side so the pole
collapses under load. by polling the pole out just past the
hole, I put a rope thru now and that seems to work.
I could also use a long pin. was also thinking of
a small tap in the plastic an a screw.
