Id have to take a guess and say kemp/selden.
it was on the boat when I bought it, and it had
kemp spars, being a brit built boat circa 1985.
OK, did find a faded kemp sticker on it, and took a pic.

push buttons,2, opposite sides, frrls like springs
when depressed and they touch each other I think.
