I found that if I mandate (strong huh) she doesn't sand but hires a kid to do it, the rest of the operation is pleasant. If she has to sand also, it's not fun to be around. ( I don't sand )

Interesting thing, for the most part she has stopped using tape. It started with no availability. Now she has a couple of rags and a small container of mineral spirits. Is she touches some steel or fiberglass with varnish she wipes it off. It's actually a cleaner job and takes half the time.
