...as someone who went to college in upstate NY, spent a good portion of my youth sitting on chairlifts at Killington and Sugarbush, and a couple of winters ski-bumming in Jackson Hole - the whole "wind chill" thing, - some Eyewitness News Pretty Boy telling me how cold it "feels" on a 38-degree night in NYC - still drives me crazy... (grin)
