The reports said, as I recall, leaking below the bilge pump (or something similar).
Did you have a supplemental bilge pumps? I assume that the crew was sure it wasn't siphoning from the secondary pumps or something similar.
I don't recall the configuration of the bildge of the Beneteau 45 First series -- is it a shallow bilge?
Do you have any more detail on the what, etc.?
By the way, we have our boat at Chesapeake Harbour (she'll be at Jabins in a bit having here rig pulled to check-out the rod rigging).
