These stats are attributed to the Northwest Marine Trade Association. I haven't verified the figures. This was from a presentation last week at Seattle Yacht Club. I wasn't there, but a friend passed the Powerpoint along to me.

So only 31 new sailboats sold in my state over nearly two years 27+ feet. That includes of course a lot of Beneteau's and Catalina's. I know if one new Valiant sold here during that time and it was a boat from a California dealer sold to a Washington resident and kept in Oregon.
