take place in the same place, Dana Harbor, when we sailed down the coast in 2004. Only that time we were in the company of another boat that was single handing. They told him that he could NOT leave the boat at ALL!! They said some on MUST BE ABOARD at all times ! He wound up spending about 8 hours to sleep then took off.

As far as restrictions go, Dana Harbor is about the worst on the West Coast, I would say Santa Barbara runs a close second. At least that was our feeling in 04.
