.2 amp will not hurt your battery, not even sure if it is more then the battery storage discharge rate.

I do not have a link 2000 but just looked at the manual on line and it looks like it will do every thing but make coffee.

I would look at all the value that are loaded into it. Like the amp hour setting of the bank, if say it thinks that you have a 1 amp hour battery bank it would only charge at like .2 amps.
