Interesting to see the working boats up close. I sense this town has quite a diversity of backgrounds. Fishing seems to own the waters edge, but the business district is quite varied. I bet politics here can be,... interesting.

Sailers and fishermen, people from here, and those from away, all that stuff is likely quite vibrant in Stonington.

I think too much of that is based on generalizations and other nonsense but there is some basis for some of it, and it goes back a long, long way.
