It means going back to the drawing board (vs the simplicity of the Parker, which would be an easy install). I don't have a lot of ceiling over my tank, so am not sure I'll be able to retrofit a pickup tube that gets to the bottom (without removing the tank, which is too much of a project for now) ... but perhaps there's a way to fish a tube to the bottom of the tank even without full headroom. Failing that, perhaps running the polishing system every time you're having a lively sail is another way to work thru the stuff on the bottom of the tank.
The Walbro FRB-13 is about $150. Any problem using that along with a stand-alone Racor 500 filter/water separator? There seems to be some advantage to standardizing the type of filters one carries, and I already have a 500 as my primary. The total cost of this system would be less than the Parker.
