I noticed you have a CPT autopilot. How did that work out for you? I'm curious since I need a new AP and I can't really bring myself to cough up what they want for a below decks model yet I have serious doubts about the capabilities of the Raymarine Wheelpilot. My boats over 17000lbs and 35'. Any comments would be appreciated. BTW, as I'm sure you are aware, the performance of your windvane is be heavily impacted by the way the wheel is geared if it operates the wheel rather than a tiller. My CL35 has 6 (!) turns hardover. My Monitor struggles to control the boat because it can only make small rudder deflections. I'm sure it would work much better if there were only 2or3 turns. Is your steering similar? Thanks, David
