Basically this is a cell phone network device that delivers multiple WiFi signals locally... it is a mobile hot spot.

They are available on all the major networks, ATT, Verizon and some of the minor networks. And the ATT models have SIM cards.

I don't how how well this will work in the area you are cruising... maybe others do.
