We now do all bank management including scanning deposit checks over the internet. We reconcile 4 accounts via online info, etc., etc. Being able to do it from the boat is really worth the cost... for us. We don't know when the access will be available, but when it is, we get the work done. The longer the gap without being online, the more money we need to keep in the accounts to cover surprises.

If the first solution doesn't work for you, there's another in the wings. Sounds like you could justify a business deduction for some of the expense.
