Well to me, it isn't ok, and to many of the readers of this board, they also like getting catalogs. He also seems too dim to realize that many people live in very rural out stretches where people are lucky if they can get dial up internet let alone cell service. Online certainly wouldn't do these folks any good at all, so by him sending an e-mail to the company and telling them print is dead..... Well I'm not sure how he thinks this isn't an impact on everyone.
