I have metal slides in a metal track. I think these are outdated though.

() Aren't most new sails going to better slides and such? The metal ones do work fine though. I used to have problems with the nylon slides on my last boat. I've never lost a metal one yet. They have a bit of friction going up and down but not too bad. My tracks are bronze, the slides SS.
