building some nice nimble fast boats that maneuver well and are great for this type of sailing. I've seen one or two in our local harbors sailing in and out, in fact, right into the inner harbors where things are really tight.
Nantucket is another place that I've seen quite a bit of sailing inside the harbor. Maybe it just has tradition in some areas?
You'll see some of this in Northeast Harbor as well with so many Morris daysailers taking people out on test sails. There will be knocks and dings always, simply docking under power, just ask my son.
