Go with a PortaBoat. It fits our sized boats just fine. It will plane one person with a 3.5 HP outboard. Lasts a LONG time, even stored out in the sun in the Sea of Cortez. Will NOT deflate and you can drag it over rocks with NO damage!

And on top of all of that, it's so ugly no one will steal it....
