It's become the norm, Tom

Here is my contribution to your website:
The back and forth traffic of lobster boats, tour boats and pleasure craft had finally died down and we were sitting in the cockpit enjoying the sunset in Boothbay Harbor. A short time later a dinghy load of people returned to the catamaran moored behind us. One of the crew came forward, opened the little hatch on deck, fired up a portable generator then disappeared below where, I'm sure, the generator noise was barely noticeable. I wondered if the little on deck compartment was specifically designed for a portable generator. It's new twist to me. The noise wasn't too bad when the boat swung away from us but it was focused and amplified in any point off the bow.

Glad to hear that they have the wireless up and running in NEH. When we were there in early August they had given up on saying that was being installed "next week." Does it reach out into the harbor?
