Signal was good Paul.
In Response To: It's become the norm, Tom ()

We were on one of the closest moorings but I was getting a good signal from my old macbook and no external antenae. Not as fast as our home but I was able to upload pretty big file photos from Northeast.

I think you're right, I'm seeing more battery charging as the seasons go by. It makes sense, what with more refers and the added draw of computer charging that's on a big increase. But a honda on that cat when other boats are around, is as rude as you can get.

It's a great spot though and I enjoy the people, most are courteous. We spent two night there and did some dinghy sailing and hiking. The gardens were in full bloom at Thuya and Asticou and quite a few hikers were about. The town was quiet, I'm always amazed how seasonal the small village is.

But it's all very handy, good provisions, excellent protection for the boat, good trails, it will always be one of our favorite, "easy" stops.
