Reasonable cost, good reviews, and simple, if I understand it correctly:
Plug it in to a USB port.
Install the driver.
Disable internal wi-fi card if necessary.
How much do physical barriers degrade the reception? For example, what is the difference if the antenna is attached to a port inside the cabin compared to if it was mounted outside?
