() But the CP for sure makes sailing in tight places much easier. That and the Depth sounder are key for me, I couldn't do it off a chart alone.
My best bet would be a portable solar panel trickle charge I throw out in the cockpit when I leave the boat. Then I have to deliver the charge to 2 house bank that I leave seperate and OFF, and the engine battery, not connected to either. I don't like the idea of leaving batteries ON when I leave the boat on a mooring.
