Once you have refrigeration, the next steps are:
1) Battery monitor
2) Larger battery bank
3) Pave the boat with solar

A week of cloudy weather? Family opening/closing the fridge or putting too many warm items into the fridge....
4) Honda or Yamaha Inverter generator

Been there, gone down that slippery slope. (BTW I haven't had to use my Yamaha generator yet this year, now that I changed my solar wiring). But it is nice to visit the mooring after a week and be able to open a cold beer.... priceless!
