Rounding Hatteras, Cape Fear is the first? How about Masonboro?
In Response To: Here's a list of safe, all-weather inlets in the Southeast U.S. ()
the guides seem to have it as fairly easy and protected by breakwaters. But it sure looks like a lot of shallow water around it. To get into Cape Fear you have to come around the shoals and back north a ways. Might as well keep going to Georgetown?
