12 years ago I help build a 39' custom - the owner and I carried the mast blank into the shop - 60', 150#. Spreaders, rigging, and furler doubled the weight. Spreaders were aluminum airfoil, rigging Nitronic 50 rods, don't recall the maker of the furler. Runners and backstay all synthetic. No titanium. Surprising amount of custom stainless work.
