I agree. I wonder if the reason for the layout is simple economics.

() I'm sure they want to sell a few of these and Hinckley has a brilliant method of making money after the sale, on chartering and maintenance. I can see the numbers working(3 bedroom) to entice buyers who will charter their B50 to help pay the cost. Not a new idea, but Hinckley seems to make it work.
