Very nice, but I see a couple of things missing...

Exactly... What's really disappointing about that layout, with all that beam amidships...
I agree. I wonder if the reason for the layout is simple economics.

Here is the S&S design that Hinckley apparently rejected in favor of the Tripp 50...

I find the gratuitous futuristic stab at the iconic Hinckley ports, one both boats, a humorous attempt.
With a CAD rendering of thier new Talria 43, Hinckley took 5 orders at the Newport Boat Show just past.
