() The boat is a 1976 Tartan TOCK. TOCK stands for "Tartan Offshore Cruising Ketch". The concept was to build a boat specifically designed to take a couple anywhere in comfort and safety. It has an extremely large aft deck, the largest salon I've ever seen in a boat this size and it was overbuilt. I'll post a couple more photos, one of the salon and a line drawing. It was designed by Sparkman and Stevens.

- How much of a deflection? Is it near a stringer or bulkhead? How near the waterline?
