Look forward to hearing about the TG-2. It was on my short list from Tas's and others recent posts.

HEGIRA, 'Journey to a better place', is a broad definition of the word.
Another photo of HEGIRA.
He doesn't look that happy at his photo being taken!
He's probably secretly enjoying the attention
Interesting views. Olde Salt or Poser?
I bet he uses a herreshoff anchor
I bet you're right, and as I recall,...he didn't drag.
He does have roller furling though
The beauty of a 20MB RAW photo is, you can close crop, the crew.
Tom, what camera do you shoot with?
I'm using a Canon 50D, Tas.
Nice camera Tom, you take some wonderful shots.
Thxs, you too. It wasn't that long ago you and I were upgrading our Point and Shoot digitals.
I like the Nikon AW1
The P&S cameras are great and getting better rapidly.
Yes, the phone cam is today's P&S
Once you guys finish the research, please tell me what you decide

Depends on budget
Thanks Larry, I'll check it out
Get one of these for your aerial shots....
BIG $$$$$
Has anyone here tried a kite cam?
Bought a $100.00 canon with a viewfinder.
We have used
the Olympus Stylus TG2 that Larry mentioned above will do that
It also has a heading sensor
The Admiral liked the 'pre roll' feature
WOW, that preroll sounds very interesting!
I haven't seen the "pre-roll" feature in the TG-2
No, the TG-2 doesn't have pre-roll
That's a bummer. It's possible it has it. ???
After reading the TG2 manual It appears not.
I just confirmed it
Next time give him a dollar or two.
