I'll be sailing with an iphone this year and that will be a back-up for a tablet with Garmin Blue chart and a Garmin CP. I think I just need a basic app, maybe one of the free ones as I doubt I'd use it much(could be handy gunkholing in the dinghy). Too many choices, tell me what works.

It will also be nice to have a handy p&s camera. The resolution is decent as is the lens quality(for internet).

What other smart phone apps are people finding handy for the boat, or? Thanks.
