an HDPE poly tube will be stiff enough to direct where you want the sealant to go, foot long or more not a problem. You want it big enough (like 3/8 id) so that you can still pump the sealant through it.

I assume you already know that the proper way to do this is to remove the box, clean it, and reseal.
