I remember your writing about your excellent trip last year. I agree that Flores was especially nice, but all of the Azores were wonderful.

We wintered in Rota, Spain 2003-4, a nice little town. We took the boat up both the Guadiana and the Guadalquiver and both were highlights and to be recommended. Also enjoyed a side trip to Morocco (via ferry from Algeciras). There is a lot to see in the Med, I look forward to hearing about your trip from time to time.
