Nope, definitely thru a small void in the bonding 
In Response To: Could it be coming through the riser inside the dorade box? ()
That void has now had a tiny bead of epoxy applied to seep into it, to be followed by a fillet of butyl tape as soon as this SNOW that we got last night melts !! Sheesh was a winter!
