a lot more time than money. There was a lot of rot in key places..such as the bulkheads where the chainplates for the mizzen were connected. The interior stern was also shot. Here's a couple more pictures. One of the inside stern before and after and also a shot of the port, stern bulkhead as I'm removing rot. I just finished reinstalling the bulkheads on both sides this weekend. I'll post a couple pictures later today. Doing all the work myself it's still cost around 40G but when you look at the replacement cost to buy a newer boat like this (which I don't think there are any like this) it's not so bad. I could never have afforded to pay a boat yard to do this work by the hour. I could have bought a new Hinckley for what it would have cost.
