Here's one of the repaired bulkheads. There is still some detail work to be done but it is almost finished. The bulkhead is actually epoxy coated marine plywood, tabbed back into the original track. The beadboard is just a covering over the plywood to make it less obvious that it has been repaired. It would be difficult to match the original teak veneer that covered the bulkhead so the PVC beadboard seemed a good alternative. Do note that from the manufacturer, (Tartan), the water tank fill hose was connected to the original bulkhead and the moisture it held eventually became a cause of some rot.
