I believe that all of the qualities that you listed in a boat can be found in any of the Pacific Seacraft offerings.Their reputation for building high quality,well founded boats with exceptional sea-keeping abilities is well earned.With the removable cockpit sole on the 34 and the 37 engine and transmission maintenance is a breeze.Used PS boats are little pricey but there is a very good reason for that high resale value---quality!I'm not in anyway affiliated with PS but I do have a PS 37 for sale that I've owned for over 20 yrs.
