When we were living aboard in the San Francisco Bay area, we went to one of the Pacific Sail Expo shows. We sat on a new Crealock 37 for some time.

We were still a year or two before heading out for full time cruising. We discussed the pluses (we do love the design) and minuses. At the time, we could have either boat, but decided to go with our Nor'Sea 27.

I do agree it plays a part, but not always a deciding factor.

As it turns out, we are still benefiting from that choice. But we do still revisit the choice once or twice a year.
