consult the manual. Raymarine calls it Autotack.

For Raymarine, if you press the +1 and +10 keys on the control head simultaneously, you'll tack to starboard. (of course, port is -1, -10). Works even in windvane mode. I'd have to consult the manual as to how far it turns the boat but it's probably somewhere around 110 degrees. You can make adjustments after you complete the gross maneuver.
