Big Green Egg and Airstream! Our winter activity...

() Not sure how that photo got posted again... We love our Airstream. Easy, fun, simple it is a great way to see the USA and we plan to do more as time goes on... The BGE is, for those who are not aware, a Komodo cooker that does long slow low temperature smoking (brisket, ribs etc) to 1000 degrees for searing all with just good air flow control. It is an awesome "grill"... This one is our "portable" (it fits in the bed of the truck) MiniMax. We take it everywhere with us except on the boat!
