I would guess it is. The gravel I'm keeping over on is certainly very moist . It's been out of the water since 2012.

Thanks to my pump failures she started to sink within 20 minutes, i.e. pumps not keeping up. With both of them working at full capacity (or even one at full capacity) I think I'll be okay.

Tonight I'm draining the hull, cleaning the bilge so the pumps don't get clogged, and rewiring the non working pump. I'll stop by the local marina where they deal with small wood boats quite a bit and will hopefully pick up some seam seal for a couple of heavy streamers that I noted.

Friday evening will be my second launch attempt and she'll just be going to my dock where I have 110 for emergency pumping power.
