I have both pumps all rewired with heat shrink fittings and marine grade wiring and the bilge cleaned out so they don't clog up. I also used a bit of 4200 on some of the larger open seams that I noticed. I'm going to drive it directly over to my dock where I'll have a 110ac pump that can move 24 gallons of water per minute on a float switch. That'll give her the time she needs to swell up and hopefully slow the leaks down to a more reasonable flow. I'm not going for dry bilges; that's a goal for next year after I have a winter to recaulk.
If she can just hang on the for 1/2 mile run from the launch ramp over to my dock without sinking we'll be good. If the engine dies on the way over we'll be scuba diving on the boat rather than motoring around in it this summer.
