Going from Isle of Shoals and Gloucester this past August, had a finback cross my bow. If it had been any closer he would have had a Trinidad boot stripe. We saw him cruising on the surface heading across the bow. We stopped and gave him the right of way. No wind so I was under power, just left the engine in neutral.
