That leaves a lot of room for "less". :)
I use 4200 when I need an adhesive that is not a "structural" bond. However, it is still an adhesive and not just a sealant. When you consider the broad contact surface area of a hatch frame that is held adequately by screws, all you need is a sealant that is nothing more than a waterproof gap filler. Adhesive is waaay overkill, and will result in a bent frame (and need for replacement) if you need to remove it for service later.
