Take 3 of 13s or 18s (whatever you're comfortable with), connected to a central point with chain (or line) and set equidistant around a circle. Connect the center to your float and your boat. Not too expensive (particularly if you use generic anchors), easy to set, and easy to recover. Good scope with minimal swing radius.
