We've not had the best experience either. Once I called and it was great. The tech called back when we were disconnected and we got the issue solved. The last time I called they had difficulty telling me the what the error message ment and then they didn't know what that ment. He said he would try to email me the codes and what they ment and I never received any.
I will do my best to avoid Xantrex any more. If there is another option even more expensive look at it. Outback is one good one, and if you search on the SSCA board you'll find some others mentioned. Also there was a link to the history of Xantrex, outback and the others that was a good read. Don't know where it went. Hope the SSCA hasn't lost it when they had the breakin on their BB.
