Don't put any of the fittings below the waterline where avoidable 
In Response To: Don't put the pump below the water ()
They leak. Eventually. I have a similar setup, but can pump out the toilet directly or through the holding tank. Other than the through hulls, nothing else is below the waterline, and there is an anti-siphon valve in the toilet loop.
