The company was sold between my first two contacts with tech support and the last time. The original company was great to deal with. The new one is not good at all. Maybe this has been a transitional problem, but I don't feel like giving them the benefit of the doubt.

How is raymarine, in this area? Have they been good to their customers? I think they are the only other game in town. I have never owned any of their stuff.
