. You can turn this to 1.5 OD (I usually try for about 1.515, for a tight fit). And SCH 80 PVC can be heat formed to almost any shape. Here are some bends I did out of clear PVC. In some cases I just turned the ends that the hose went on which lets you glue the other end to any PVC fitting. In other cases there were hoses on both ends so I turned the whole length. The stuff is real soft, doesn't take much of a lathe to do it.
