If you must, take it out beyond kayak range and anchor or drift in calm conditions. Use your salt-water wash-down pump to wash the boat with whatever biodegradable soap you use, and do a final rinse with fresh water from your stern shower or back at the marina.

Your soap is the least of the problem.
