on the kayaks. After that I would ignore them or plead ignorance. The have no legal authority and ultimately it stands to reason that they cannot litigate at that level do to cost. I would think it would be pretty hard to show damages unless there was an out and out ban on grey water discharge.

In their volunteer instructions is instructs volunteers to leave the area immediately in the event of hostility or violence. So once again the water cannon seems like an effective approach.
